When you complete the reading flow, we collect the following:

• —Your date of birth, and birth time if you know it
• —Your place of birth
• —The area of life you are focusing on
• —The personal reflection you share with us
• —Your email address
• —Limited campaign information from a public link, when present — such as UTM source, medium, campaign name, landing page path, and referrer host. We do not retain UTM content, search terms, or unique advertising click IDs.

We do not store IP addresses or browser fingerprints in your reading session or campaign attribution. We use limited technical information only to keep the service secure and reliable.

Your name, birthdate, birth time, birth location, focus area, and reflection are used to prepare your personalised reading and are passed to our AI-assisted reading system for that purpose. Your marketing choice is kept separate from these reading details.

Your email address is used to deliver your reading. If you opted in during the flow, we may also send you occasional free content — such as a Moon Reading or a short spiritual note. These are infrequent and you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email we send.

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not build profiles for resale. We do not run retargeting campaigns using your data.

If you arrive through a public campaign or referral link, we may use the limited link information listed above to understand which channels bring visitors to the site. We use this only for our own service and campaign measurement, not to target you with advertising.

Your reading is prepared with the assistance of AI, personalised using the details you provide. Your information is sent to our AI provider as part of the reading generation process. Our provider processes this data on our behalf and is contractually bound not to use it for any other purpose, including training their models.

We are transparent about AI use throughout the site. If you have questions about how your data is processed during reading generation, write to us and we will explain it clearly.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with marketing partners or data brokers.

The only parties who may have access to your information are:

• —Our AI provider — to generate your personalised reading
• —Mailjet — to deliver your one-time reading email
• —Beehiiv — to send ongoing Moon Readings and spiritual notes only when you have separately opted in
• —Our payment processor — if you purchase a premium reading (they handle payment data; we never see your card details)
• —Legal authorities — if required by law

All providers we work with are required to maintain appropriate data protection standards.

Your reading session data is retained for as long as needed to deliver and support your reading — typically up to 90 days. Your email address is retained for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications.

If you would like us to delete your data sooner, email us and we will do so within a reasonable timeframe.

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep track of your progress through the reading flow. This cookie is essential — without it, the site cannot remember where you are in the process. It contains no personal data and is retained for up to 30 days, or until you reset your session.

That same essential session may retain the limited campaign information described above when you arrive through a tagged public link. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking.

You have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to have it deleted. If you are based in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR — including the right to object to processing and to data portability.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security over the internet, but we treat your information with care.

If we update this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after any update means you accept the revised policy. If you have questions at any point, write to us — we would rather answer them than have you guess.
